Awhile back I came across this on Pinterest, and thought it was a genius idea! Saves a ton of money, so easy, and way healthier... what's not to love. This is my go-to munchy snack. Seriously, I will make a batch of this and stick it in my purse and bring it in to the movies :) You can easily make this gourmet by adding your favorite flavors and spices-- butter, Parmesan cheese, chili powder, garlic, you name it...
Brown Paper Bag Popcorn: (serves 2)
Brown Paper Bag
1/3 cup popcorn kernels
|Place kernels in brown paper bag.|
|Fold top of bag twice, making 2 creases.|
|Place in microwave and time for 2 minutes--cook for |
about 1:35 seconds, or until popping stops.
|The bag should look very full.|
|Ta-da! You have your very own healthy instant popcorn!|
|Pour into one large bowl or 2 separate and top w/ your favorites.|
